Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Tequila I used a Reposado.
  • 3 oz Sparkling Water San Pelegrino or even Club Soda would work
  • 3-4 Slices Fresh Cucumber
  • 2-3 Slices Fresh Jalapeno
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Wedge Fresh Lime for Garnish
  • Ice
  • Salt for the rim

Instructions
 

  • Rub the rim of your glass with a wedge of lime and dip the rim in salt
  • Pour the Tequila into the glass over ice
  • Add Sparkling Water
  • Add Lime Juice
  • Add Cucumbers and Jalapeno Slices
  • Stir gently
  • Garnish with a fresh wedge or wheel of lime
  • Drink!

Notes

This light and refreshing margarita can be adjusted to your taste. Add more sparkling water, use less jalapeños, or make it a virgin cocktail and skip the tequila. But that's not quite as much fun.
