Wyld Roses Spritz

Wyld Roses Spritz

Roses run wyld in this light spritz with a botanical undertone. The use of Grapefruit and Rose Botanical Vodka from Ketel One, mixed with a dry Rose Wine and grounded with a fresh sprig of rosemary makes this cocktail undeniably perfect for cottage days.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit and Rose Vodka
  • 3 oz Dry Rosé Wine
  • 1-2 oz Club Soda or other Sparkling Water
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 3-4 pieces Frozen Watermelon

Instructions

  • Place your Frozen Watermelon pieces in the bottom of your glass. I used wine glasses, but any highball could work as well.
  • Add the vodka, wine and top with club soda.
  • Rub the sprig of rosemary to release some of it's scent and garnish your glass.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use whatever Rosé you have on hand. A lighter rosé will give you a softer flavour and the grapefruit and rose tones will come through stronger. You can also muddle the rosemary in the bottom of the glass before adding the watermelon for a stronger flavour.
